We are steaming ahead with our new London restaurant. The moment the
hoarding went up at the site was an exciting one for all… it’s really
happening! We will be posting on all of our progress along the way.

Spring has sprung and we have a new dinner to celebrate the season -
‘Meet the winemaker at Woollahra’.
Duncan from bills and Sarah Burton from Cloudy Bay would like you to
join them for a tasting of new vintages from the Cloudy Bay range.
5 wines including the unreleased 2011 Sauvignon Blanc matched with
substantial canapes and a chat with the winemaker.

Bill is opening our first London restaurant in Notting Hill in November.
In a few days, we will launch our London blog with further updates on

While I was busy with the opening of our new Japanese restaurant in
Odaiba I asked one of my chefs, Kentaro, to help me organise the most
recent Darlinghurst dinner. I was expecting a Japanese menu so was
thrilled to learn that Kenny has a passion for Greek food. A fantastic,
rustic feast was served and the menu received full endorsement from our
Greek regulars, John and Mary. Who knew that this Japanese boy cooks
like a Greek grandmother? The braised octopus was the star of the night!
The next Darlinghurst dinner is happening on Friday 26th August.

Our latest restaurant in Odaiba Japan is now open. Located in the popular
Decks Tokyo beach, the restaurant has spectacular views across Tokyo Bay.
