Griff Pamment from bills and Grant Hillard from Feather and Bone will present the classic French dish pot au feu
Menu:
A variety of rare breed meats braised until meltingly tender served with the broth, bone marrow on toast, mustard, pickles and a selection of salads finishing with a prune and Armagnac tart
