Friday 6 May – bookings essential
Griff Pamment from bills and Grant Hillard from Feather and Bone will present the classic French dish pot au feu
Menu:
A variety of rare breed meats braised until meltingly tender served with the broth, bone marrow on toast, mustard, pickles and a selection of salads finishing with a prune and Armagnac tart

$65 per head

We are open each and every day over the Easter and Anzac Day break at all restaurants, with the exception of bills Woollahra which will be closed on Good Friday 22 April 2011.
