While I was busy with the opening of our new Japanese restaurant in
Odaiba I asked one of my chefs, Kentaro, to help me organise the most
recent Darlinghurst dinner. I was expecting a Japanese menu so was
thrilled to learn that Kenny has a passion for Greek food. A fantastic,
rustic feast was served and the menu received full endorsement from our
Greek regulars, John and Mary. Who knew that this Japanese boy cooks
like a Greek grandmother? The braised octopus was the star of the night!
The next Darlinghurst dinner is happening on Friday 26th August.
