In 2004 Bill launched his debut six part television series, bills food, on The LifeStyle Channel in Australia. We follow Bill as he cooks his way through busy working days and casual weekends at home with family and friends. The series has screened on BBC 2 in the UK to audiences of 2 million and has been screened in twenty-two other countries worldwide.

In bills food Series 2 (7 x 26 minute episodes), the sun is shining in Sydney, the surf is up and Bill is back in the kitchen cooking us the food we love to eat.

Series 2 commenced screening on The LifeStyle Channel in Australia on Tuesday, 24 October, 2006, at 7.30 pm, and has also been pre-sold to the BBC in the UK. It was produced by Bill's new production company, bills Films.

Both series are distributed worldwide by Fremantle Media Ltd (UK).
